CAROL J. RUFENER
QUALITY OF LIFE AWARD

Named in honor of former Morris Tomorrow Executive Director and Morris County Freeholder Carol Rufener, this award is presented to an individual, non-profit, service organization, agency, municipality or school in recognition of an innovative project that enhances community development and enriches the quality of life in Morris County.
